Staff in ward, some are calling patients names behind there backs. Patient urinated in a cup and it was ignored by staff. Staff not getting consent from senior staff in charge.

The rest of you are doing what you are told.it’s a dementia place I’m articulate and what crime did I commit I’ve been checked for dementia and I don’t have dementia. Want to go back to my flat I have not hit any body I will pay for the cleaners if you need me to have someone in my flat.

The manager is not good ,she is in charge of why I am here, has no empathy for me . don’t like her and I don’t understand her. It’s like going round in circles.when I get frustrated they walk off yet I need clarity.they never say the same words.they are not qualified for my case , they say I have dementia but I’m alleged to be intelligent. I want to report to a different manager. I don’t have a consistent life and I don’t go to church periodically……..
